5.1 Closure by the Player

Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unsatisfied bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests submitted as a result of a gambling problem will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed accordingly.
